Exchange Policy: Customers may request to exchange their purchased item within one week (7 days) from the date of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Exchanges are subject to availability. The exchanged item must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase. Any price difference for exchanges of higher value items must be covered by the customer. Exchange requests beyond the one-week timeframe will not be entertained.
Authenticity Guarantee: Chanti Gem guarantees the authenticity of all jewelry sold. In the rare event that a customer receives a jewelry item that is proven to be not authentic through credible verification methods, a 100% refund will be issued. Customers must provide sufficient evidence supporting the claim of inauthenticity, which may include documentation from recognized gemological laboratories or reputable authorities in the field of jewelry authentication.
